It’s been a long ride for the 27-year-old Aussie, but everything is starting to fall in line for him. Jason Day’s game is on point as he continues to make his case for one of the best golfers in the game right now.

Fresh off his first major victory, Day entered the third round of the Barclays tied with Sangmoon Bae for the 54-hole lead, but it would be Day who would run away with it.
Day finished with a bogey free round of 62 and has posted his last nine rounds in the 60s. With his victory at the Barclays, Day joins Jordan Spieth as the only four time winner on TOUR this season and gives him wins in back-to-back starts.
His score of 261 tied the record for the lowest score in tournament history.
After going through a number of injuries and illnesses, Jason Day is reaping the benefits of playing the best golf in his career. He will enter the Deutsche Bank Championship as number one in the FedEx Cup standings, overtaking the spot from Spieth.
