There aren’t many people that are cooler than Matthew McConaughey and the fact that he’s a great golfer makes him that much cooler.
According to GolfChannel.com’s Bailey Mosier, the True Detective has four aces in his lifetime, but that may not come as a surprise for someone with an 8.6 handicap.
After winning an Oscar for his role in Dallas Buyers Club, the Texas Longhorns golf team reached out to their fellow Longhorn.
McConaughey was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity at the University of Texas and appears to have done pretty well for himself in the golf department.
The star of Dazed and Confused was pretty excited when Jordan Spieth won his second major earlier this season, tweeting at his Longhorn brethren:
