PGA Tour – 2014-15 Season Report Card

Martin Kaymer–He started out strong over on the European Tour, but Kaymer’s stateside season was a disaster. After failing to notch a single top 10, the German was shut out of the FedEx Cup playoffs having made just 13 starts on the season–two below the minimum requirement for PGA Tour members. As a result, he lost his card. Moving on. With a pair of runner-ups, his European Tour slate was much better, but nothing he did this year even came close to matching last year’s Players Championship-U.S. Open extravaganza. Time will tell if Kaymer can resurface again for a couple more big wins, or if he’ll continue to slide further and further into irrelevance. Grade: D
