Year in and year out, one of the most exciting events of the PGA TOUR season is the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Much of it has to do with that incredible finishing stretch. You have the very reachable Par-5 16th hole. Then the infamous island green 17th hole. And lastly the 18th with quite possibly the most difficult driving hole in all of golf.
The whole course however is amazing. It’s completely built for drama. Every par-5 is reachable for the most part and there are a number of penal hazards that can make big impacts in a match.
