With the 145th Open Championship only three weeks away, here are the early betting odds for notable players in the field of 156, per Westgate Las Vegas Sportsbook.

As expected, the “Big Three” of Jason Day, Rory McIlroy and Jordan Spieth enter the tournament as the favorites. Westgate puts the chances of one of them winning at 35 percent. Since they found themselves one stroke out of the playoff at St Andrews last year, both Day and Spieth have been playing solid golf and should be in great form to take on Royal Troon.

McIlroy, the third member of that group, is always a favorite on links-style courses, even with his naturally high ball flight. He won the 2014 Open Championship at Hoylake less than two years ago.

Coming off a fantastic U.S. Open win at Oakmont, Dustin Johnson sits just behind the big three with 12/1 odds. Now that he’s made the breakthrough and collected his first major, will the rest start to come more easily? I like DJ’s game on old-fashioned links courses, as his driver can take most of the fairway bunkers out of play.

The biggest surprise on this list is Rickie Fowler coming in at 25 to 1. Fowler has not been playing well, and there are a host of former major champions on the list that offer the same or better bang for your buck. 2013 U.S. Open winner Justin Rose, reigning Masters champion Danny Willett and defending Open Championship winner Zach Johnson are all far more likely to hoist the Claret Jug.

The only financial decision worse than taking Fowler would be betting on Tiger Woods at 100 to 1.

Sergio Garcia

Another notable storyline is the number of quality European players with odds between 25/1 and 50/1. Sergio Garcia is knocking on the door for his first major. Shane Lowry was one decent round away from shutting the door on DJ at the U.S. Open. Lee Westwood was another name to briefly top the Oakmont leaderboard, and the Open just might be the major he wants most. And of course, there’s Henrik Stenson, who has managed three career top three finishes at the Open. It’s only a matter of time before the Swede puts a winning week together.

Here’s the full list of notable names in the field at Royal Troon:
