More from Pro Golf Now

When Stacy Lewis tees it up she’s going to be in the mix. You can count on that. She’s among the best players on the Tour when it comes to the flatstick and that’s going to be critical this week. But she’s also among the most accurate off the tee so even though she doesn’t hit a long ball, she doesn’t need to. She’s able to shape her shots and get where she needs to be, typically just ahead of everybody else.

Why hasn’t she hoisted a trophy for more than 2 years? Because it’s golf and some times you don’t win for a while. Lewis knows how to be patient and wait for the opportunities that present themselves, but she always plays for the win. That’s exactly what she’ll do this week in Thailand.
