17. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08

The game that had the revolutionary Photo Game Face feature as well as cool online game modes was a unique experience at the time.

Although it was a controversial title at times due to some minor bug issues, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 is among the top-selling golf games of all time.

This game was significant in that it helped introduce EA Sports’ iconic Photo Game Face feature. Photo Game Face allowed players to put their own likeness into the game, which truly helped gamers feel like they were really on the course.

It also brought in a new, cool feature called “Gamernet”, which allowed you to share your best shots and challenge others to beat them. So if you got an ace on the 17th at TPC Sawgrass, someone can accept your challenge and try for an ace themselves.

Another interesting thing of note is that this was the last time the legendary broadcast team of Gary McCord and David Feherty were heard in-game. Gary and David’s playful banter helped make the digital rounds that much more enjoyable.
