Around the Tours: Golf TV broadcast schedule for May 22-28
Let’s go around the tours and check out the TV schedule for this week in golf.
It’s a busy week in the golf world with the highlight being the European Tour’s BMW PGA Championship, which will feature 10 of the top 30 golfers in the Official World Golf Ranking. The PGA TOUR makes its annual stop at Colonial for the Dean & Deluca Invitational while the LPGA heads to Ann Arbor for the Volvik Championship. As for the Champions Tour, they’re preparing for a major as the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship gets rolling on Friday from Washington, D.C. And let’s not forget about the NCAA Women’s Golf Championships that are already underway.

Monday, May 22
- NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Individual National Championship, 4 – 8 p.m., (replay at 9 p.m.) — Golf Channel
A day prior to the final eight teams duking it out for the team title, the NCAA individual competition concludes with 18 holes. No. 3 NCAA individual per Golfstat, Jennifer Kupcho of Wake Forest, leads by one at even par after two rounds.
Tuesday, May 23
- NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Team National Championship, Match Play Quarterfinals at 11 a.m. 1 :30 p.m., Semifinals at 4 – 8 p.m. (replay at 9 p.m.) — Golf Channel
No. 12 Northwestern (+23), playing in its home metro owns an eight-stroke lead on No. 14 Kent State (+31) with 18 holes to play. No. 1 Stanford is the only top-five team inside the coveted top eight. No. 3 Florida sits three back of eighth at 46-over-par.
Wednesday, May 24
- NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Team National Championship Match Play Finals, 4 – 8 p.m. (replay at 9 p.m.) — Golf Channel
The final two teams standing will finish with 18 holes of match play. Defending champion Washington did not advance past regionals.
Thursday, May 25
- 6 a.m. – 1 p.m. — BMW PGA Championship, European Tour, 1st round — Golf Channel
The Golf Channel is devoting more time to the BMW than any European Tour-exclusive event. This event kicks off the Tour’s new Rolex Series that features eight cornerstone events on the schedule, with heightened purses and projected stronger fields as a result.
- 1 – 4 p.m. — KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, PGA Tour Champions, 1st round — Golf Channel
- 4 – 7 p.m. — Dean & Deluca Invitational, PGA Tour, 1st round — Golf Channel
- 7 – 8:30 p.m. — LPGA Volvik Championship, LPGA Tour, 1st round (tape delay) — Golf Channel
Friday, May 26
- 6 a.m. – 1 p.m. — BMW PGA Championship, European Tour, 1st round — Golf Channel
- 1 – 4 p.m. — KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, PGA Tour Champions, 2nd round — Golf Channel
- 4 – 7 p.m. — Dean & Deluca Invitational, PGA Tour, 2nd round — Golf Channel
Bernhard Langer can win back-to-back majors after his five-stroke win last week at the Regions Tradition. A win would give him his ninth PGA Tour Champions major championship, which would pass Jack Nicklaus’ eight.

Saturday, May 27
7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. — BMW PGA Championship, European Tour, 3rd round — Golf Channel
