Greenbrier Classic: Top 5 featured DraftKings picks
By Sam Belden
Keegan Bradley — $9,400
This New England native has been playing awfully well lately, and that recent surge is reflected in his DraftKings salary for this week. But even with that hefty price tag, Bradley presents us with a strong case of converging trends, making him useful in all sorts of fantasy formats.
The 31-year-old Bradley is coming off of back-to-back top 10 finishes: a tie for eighth at the Travelers Championship and a tie for fifth at the Quicken Loans National. His all-around game looked really solid at TPC Potomac last week, helping him to land in second place in strokes gained: tee-to-green for the week. Bradley also has a solid track record at the Greenbrier Classic, making the cut in all four of his appearances and peaking with a tie for fourth in 2014. If he can deliver a characteristic performance with his driver — he ranks 11th on the PGA TOUR in strokes gained: off-the-tee — he’ll have a great shot to win.
At $9,400 in DraftKings, Bradley is an outstanding second option in DFS, but he’s also capable of anchoring most lineups. The 2011 PGA Champion has his mojo back, and it looks like this could be the start of a lengthy run of success.
