Kevin Kisner is hopeful a return to a site of some past success can get him back on track. He’s finished outside the top 50 in his last five starts, though he’s still had some high finishes in 2018.

Kisner was solo second at the WGC-Match Play and T7 at the RBC Heritage.

He peppered fairways and greens en route to a T5 at the 2015 Greenbrier where he missed out on winning a four-man playoff.

Kisner has a chance to replicate that formula as he’s 24th in driving accuracy. Once on the green, the former Georgia Bulldog is seventh in strokes gained putting. While not a long hitter, he’ll still have good clubs into most holes this week.

He’s a streaky player, but if he can get on a roll, he could leap all the way up to win a Tour event for the second season in a row.
