Time For Keith Mitchell To Win The Bryon Nelson
Keith Mitchell will tee off from TPC Craig Ranch at 9:07 am Eastern Time on May 13th to start his weekend at the Bryon Nelson.
Mitchell has been one of the most known golfers over the last few weeks of play. Mitchell left the Valspar Championship a few weeks ago wondering what happened to his putting game. Last week, at the Wells Fargo Championship he found out his putter was bent, and it was leading him to miss putts. During the Wells Fargo, he fixed the issue, and he was one of the favorites to win the tournament heading into the weekend.

Mitchell went into the last day of the Wells Fargo Championship 9-under with a 2 stroke lead over the rest of the field. His lead ended up getting away from him early in the round, and he was never able to bounce back. He ended up shooting 1-over par on Sunday and watched Rory McIlroy bring home the Wells Fargo Championship.
Even though Mitchell was in the lead heading into the final round of the Wells Fargo it did feel like he was the underdog. It was a very pro-Rory McIlroy crowd, and that could’ve gotten the best of Mitchell.
It’s now time for Mitchell to put losing the lead at the Wells Fargo behind him, and focus on the Bryon Nelson this upcoming weekend.
It would be great if Mitchell could bring home the Bryon Nelson, and shake off losing the lead at the Wells Fargo. Mitchell has four top 20 finishes on the tour in 2021, and he will be looking for another top finish this upcoming weekend. I predict that Mitchell will play great four days of golf and he will have a top-five finish.
Mitchell will be a very interesting player to follow this weekend, and see how he bounces back from losing the Wells Fargo.
