Harry Higgs is a Name to Watch at the Memorial
Harry Higgs has been one of the new faces on the PGA Tour over the last couple of years. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in 2014 and joined the PGA Tour in 2020.
Higgs put his name on the map at the 2021 PGA Championship. Higgs ended up shooting 2-under for the tournament and finishing in a tie for fourth place.

Of course, Phil Mickelson was the giant story at the PGA Championship, but Higgs was someone that was just very fun to watch.
On the Friday at the PGA Championship Higgs had two back-to-back birdie putts to end his day that were both over 50 feet long. It was very neat to watch him sink those putts, and get his name back into the field for the weekend.
Higgs was able to qualify for the 2022 Masters because of his performance at the 2021 PGA Championship.
Higgs was not able to carry his play over from the PGA Championship to the Charles Schwab Challenge last weekend. He did not make the cut and he finished 3-over.
The good news for Higgs there is another tournament this weekend. The Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club will tee off on June 3rd, and Higgs is one of the players in the field.
Higgs will tee off at 12:20 PM ET to start his weekend at the Memorial.
I think Higgs can come through this weekend. In the last big tournament he played in he finished in a tie for fourth, and even though the Memorial is not a major, it is one of the biggest non-major tournaments on the tour.
Higgs is definitely someone that golf fans should keep an eye on this weekend. One of the best things about the PGA Tour is seeing new faces succeed, and Higgs is one of them that fans should be rooting for.
I think Higgs will finish in the top 10 this weekend, and he will add another impressive performance to his career.
