As the 2021 U.S. Open enters the final round, there are still a number of players who could win the title. And there are some really big names in that group.

While there are other players who have very little chance to win in Sunday’s final round, others are looking to claim a major championship. Here’s a list of five players who could win the U.S. Open on Sunday.

Louis Oosthuizen – He seems to always be in contention during major championships and this week is no exception. Oosthuizen won the Open Championship in 2010, so he knows how to get it done. And he’s tied for the lead, so the field will have to chase him down in the final round.

Rory McIlroy – It seemed like another major was about to pass without McIlroy making a move. But on Saturday, he shot a 4-under par 67 to climb 17 spots in the standings. He’s now tied for fourth place, just two shots behind the leaders.

Bryson DeChambeau – His week didn’t get off to a great start but the defending champion is in the mix with 18 holes to play. His 69 on Friday, followed by a 68 on Saturday, have him just two shots off the lead. He’s got a shot to be the first player to repeat since his BFF Brooks Koepka did so in 2017 and 2018.

Jon Rahm – He was the betting favorite when the week began and Rahm has been hanging around the Top 10 all week. His 1-over par 72 on Saturday was his worst round of the week, yet he’s still just three shots behind the leaders. Rahm could climb his way to the top and claim his first major title on Sunday.

Collin Morikawa – Another former major winner, Morikawa shot a 67 on Friday to get within shouting distance of the lead. He’ll need something like that, or maybe even a little better, to win on Sunday, but he’s capable of pulling that off.
