This week, the PGA Tour presents the fantasy golf community with the ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP. A stacked field of talent, including defending champion Hideki Matsuyama, will travel to Japan for a chance to hoist the ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP trophy on Sunday. Let’s take a look at this tournament from a fantasy golf perspective.

Before I discuss my fantasy golf player selections I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact lineup for a specific fantasy provider.

Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest!

Here are my fantasy golf/DFS player selections for this week’s ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP!

Fantasy Golf: 2022 ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP DFS Selections

Matthew NeSmith

Matthew NeSmith arrives at this week’s ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP in outstanding form. More specifically, NeSmith has accumulated two consecutive top-nine finishes on the PGA Tour, including an impressive second-place result at last week’s Shriners Children’s Open.

In relation to this week’s current listed ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP field, in the last eight rounds played on the PGA Tour, Matthew NeSmith ranks second in strokes gained tee to green, first in strokes gained approach, and first in GIR (greens in regulation).

Matt Wallace

Three weeks ago, Matt Wallace fired a final round 67 at the Fortinet Championship on his way to a 21st-place finish.

It should also be noted that Matt Wallace finished fourth at the 2021 ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP.

Keegan Bradley

Two weeks ago, Keegan Bradley shot a third-round 64 at the Sanderson Farms Championship en route to a fifth-place finish.

Bradley finished seventh at the 2021 ZOZO.

Mackenzie Hughes

The talented Canadian has accumulated two consecutive top-25 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a win at the Sanderson Farms Championship.
