The PGA Tour returns to Jack's Place for one of the marquee events on the golf calendar each and every year, the Memorial Tournament. One of the three Signature Events to feature a 36-hole cut this year, the Memorial is the penultimate Signature Event on the 2025 schedule, with the Travelers Championship set for the week following the U.S. Open.
A strong field will return to the revered Muirfield Village Golf Club, a par-72, 7,569-yard Jack Nicklaus design, to take on one of the greatest tests they will face all season, with each of the last two editions of this event featuring a winning score in the single digits.
2025 PGA Championship winner and world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will look to defend his title at Jack's tournament after his impressive victory here last season, one of nine on his resume in 2024.
While Masters champion Rory McIlroy won't be in attendance this week, the majority of the big names on the PGA Tour will be joining Scheffler at this year's Memorial Tournament.
So, let's dive into the picks and predictions for one of the most highly anticipated events of the year
2025 Memorial Tournament picks and predictions
Top 20 pick for the Memorial Tournament: Si Woo Kim (+115)
Si Woo Kim comes into the penultimate Signature Event of the season having finished in the top 25 in five of the previous six. The only time he didn't was at the season-opening Sentry, where he tied for 32nd.
Kim comes into this year's Memorial Tournament in fine form, having finished 17th or better in four of his last five starts. He also has a terrific track record at this event, having not finished outside of the top 20 on the leaderboard since 2019.
Top 10 pick for the Memorial Tournament: Adam Scott (+450)
Despite never winning at Jack's Place during his illustrious career, Adam Scott has an impressive history at the Memorial. A T9 finish in his most recent appearance at The Memorial in 2023 was the Australian's fifth top-10 at Muirfield Village.
He finished runner-up at this event in 2019, and despite some mixed results so far in 2025, Scott enters this year's edition coming off a T19 finish at the PGA Championship, which could have been even better if not for a final-round 73 at Quail Hollow.
Sleeper pick to win the Memorial Tournament: Matt Fitzpatrick (+5000)
With Scottie Scheffler a likely winner once again this week, we'll take a shot with two sleeper picks who could mount a challenge, the first of which is Matt Fitzpatrick.
It was a quiet start to 2025 for the Englishman, but he returns to the Memorial Tournament after his best result of the season to date, as the 2022 U.S. Open champ recorded a T8 finish at the PGA Championship in his most recent start.
Having gained strokes on approach in four consecutive starts now with two top-10 finishes at Jack's Place in his last two appearances, Fitzpatrick could be on the verge of finding himself in the winner's circle for the first time on the PGA Tour since his win at the RBC Heritage in 2023.
Sleeper pick to win the Memorial Tournament: Keegan Bradley (+5000)
While he hasn't notched a victory in 2025, Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley is having a fantastic season so far, as a T8 finish at the PGA Championship last time out was his third top-10 and seventh top-20 of the year.
Keegan ranks second only to Scottie Scheffler in strokes gained tee to green amongst this week's field over his last 20 rounds, per Data Golf.
His most recent win came on a Nicklaus design at last year's BMW Championship, and should he go on to win here, he would have a massive chance of being a player-captain for Team USA at Bethpage Black later this year.
