Mike was the Managing Editor for the PGA Tour's official website, pgatour.com, for 12-1/2 years, and was also the Tour's most decorated writer, with 15 different stories honored by the Golf Writers Association of America, including three first-place awards. Mike also worked at Golf Digest, as well as ESPN and Sports Illustrated. He grew up in Texas and worked as a sportswriter at several large newspapers in the state.
