For those readers who are not aware, the rules and scoring for DraftKings showdown contests are vastly different than the traditional classic contests offered by the platform. If you need to review the specific rules for the showdown contest feel free to check out the DraftKings website.

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am: Best Final Round DraftKings Picks for DFS Lineups
Justin Thomas $9,800
The 2022 PGA Championship winner arrives at this week's event on the heels of five consecutive top-13 finishes (DP World and PGA Tours combined), including a third-place result at the 2024 American Express two weeks ago.
Ludvig Aberg $9,300
Since the beginning of October, Ludvig Aberg has played six tournaments (DP World and PGA Tours combined). In those six events just noted, Aberg accumulated four top-13 finishes, including a win at the 2023 RSM Classic in November.
Matthieu Pavon $7,300
The talented Frenchman has accumulated three top-seven finishes in his last five events played (PGA and DP World Tours combined), including his first win on the PGA Tour at the 2024 Farmers Insurance Open last week.
In relation to this week's current listed 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am field, in the last eight rounds played on the PGA Tour, Matthieu Pavon ranks second in strokes gained tee-to-green, seventh in strokes gained approach, and 12th in GIR (greens in regulation).
Upon the completion of today's third round of play at the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Pavon is tied for third place with a score of 15 under par.
2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am DraftKings Picks: Best PGA DFS Golf Lineup
- Wyndham Clark $7,300
- Matthieu Pavon $7,300
- Ludvig Aberg $9,300
- Justin Thomas $9,800
- Thomas Detry $7,800
- Jason Day $8,400
Total DraftKings Salary: $49,900
My final round showdown lineup consists of the current leader of the event, 2023 U.S. Open champion Wyndham Clark, and last week's 2024 Farmers Insurance Open winner Matthieu Pavon. Both golfers were only priced at $7,300 allowing me to complete my lineup with higher-priced players such as Aberg and Thomas.
It is also noteworthy that the weather forecast for tomorrow's final round is not good. High winds and rain are expected. Keep that in mind as you construct your lineups. Good luck!
