Fresh off a thrilling Masters, the PGA Tour returned to iconic Harbour Town for the 2025 RBC Heritage.
A run of big-time events continued with the fifth of eight Signature Events this season, and following in the footsteps of the first major of the year, the RBC Heritage promised a star-studded field with another massive prize purse.
While Rory McIlroy took a well-earned break after his incredible win at Augusta, a large contingent of stars, including world No.1 Scottie Scheffler, last year's champion at Harbour Town, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Ludvig Ã…berg, Justin Thomas, and a host of others, made the short journey south for the next stop on the Signature Event circuit.
In search of his first win since the PGA Championship in 2022, Justin Thomas got off to a perfect start with a record-equaling round of 61. Thomas would maintain his advantage over the rest of the field with a 2-under 69 in Round 2, but would be surpassed on Moving Day by Si Woo Kim, who posted a round of 5-under 66 to take the outright lead going into the final round.
With Kim holding a slim advantage over Thomas and a host of others going into the final round, the RBC Heritage was set to deliver an exciting finish with a crowded leaderboard pursuing the famed Plaid Jacket and the massive prize payout that accompanies it.
How much is on the line at Harbour Town? Let's take a look at the prize purse and complete payout distribution breakdown for this year's RBC Heritage.
